Hi friends and fam! We hope this finds you well on this second Monday of May. Time sure has dragged and flown all at the same time during this wild 2020!

The gym is OPEN and borders are CLOSED...

We are very excited to be open again this week at the Exercise Coach Germantown! We hope all of our clients are back on the schedule and we hope to see some new faces as well. If you aren't scheduled or have questions please call the gym so we can help you out in whatever ways we can. We have posted on our social media and sent out emails regarding sanitation procedures. The gym is clean and ready for you including a treatment we sprayed on all equipment, Microshield 360 Antimicrobial (EPA registered and FDA approved), which works to immediately kill then prevent future pathogens from living on treated surfaces. We will continue sanitizing as usual however this added treatment will provide an extra source of protection from germs at the gym!

It's looking like joining Luke at the end of May may not be in the cards. We are looking into a few last resort options there. Many borders are closed and as much as we want to see each other we also want to be wise in our decisions! It's looking more like June for me to hopefully join him and I should be able to see him a lot in July due to his schedule. We are hoping and praying that all works out for me to safely visit in July and then also hopefully stay over in the Med as planned for the remainder of the year but that will depend on many factors.

This has been super challenging for us but we are growing and learning so much. We didn't plan to be apart this much but sometimes life doesn't go as planned! We have peace that God is in control and working all things together for the good. We appreciate all the love and prayers from you during this time! Luke has sent many new photos (see below). He has seen some pretty sights but prayers for him and his team as they have been quarantined on the ship for a long time. They are still not allowed off the ship when in ports. Hopefully this will ease up soon as we have heard it will. They are all still healthy. Prayers also for Luke as he continues to lead a Bible study on the ship! Love you all!
